MSG91 SMS Integration

Send SMS notifications to clients and team members for invoices, reminders, and updates via MSG91.

Prerequisites

  • •A registered MSG91 account
  • •A DLT-registered sender ID and approved SMS template (required by TRAI for transactional SMS in India)

Step 1 — Get your MSG91 Auth Key

  1. 1Log in to your MSG91 dashboard.
  2. 2Go to API → Auth Key and copy your Auth Key.
  3. 3Under SMS → Sender ID, note your approved 6-character sender ID.
  4. 4Under SMS → Templates, copy the Template ID of your approved transactional template.

Step 2 — Save in ArchCenter

  1. 1Go to Integrations in your dashboard and open the MSG91 card.
  2. 2Enter your Auth Key, Sender ID, and Template ID.
  3. 3Toggle Active, click Save, then click Test — enter a mobile number and a test SMS will be sent.

DLT Registration

Indian telecom regulations require all transactional SMS senders to register on the DLT (Distributed Ledger Technology) platform. MSG91 provides a DLT registration guide in their dashboard under DLT Registration. Without this, messages will be blocked by carriers.
